At HN hair boutique we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for our Guests and Team members. our team understands that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel.

As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 48 hours notice of your already scheduled appointment. Any cancellation made after the 48 hour required cancellation period will be subject to a full forfeit of deposit fee.  The salon offers multiple email and text reminders for your scheduled appointments.

*Please note:  When you receive your text/email reminder you are required to reply “Yes” to confirm.  However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the salon to cancel and reschedule for another date.

Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylist’s schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This 48 hour courtesy notification enables us to schedule other clients, and in turn, maintains availability of services for you and other salon guests.


The Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. 

Salon Products – Our Team strives to choose the best products to help maintain your hair's health and style. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products. Our team will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business.


Deposits are non-refundable and are required to book an appointment at HN hair boutique. deposits will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a reschedule or cancellation of services, the deposit will be fully forfeited and credited towards the cancellation fee. No refunds of deposit fees will be given at any time. All online deposits are processed through an SSL secured portal.


If you arrive late for your appointment we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide your full service.  We will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time available, however if excessively late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, and you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. 

if we do not hear from you 10 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a 'no-show' and your full deposit amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
